Meet Your Host
Sophie Villeneuve, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Hi! My name is Sophie and I am a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist who specializes in maternity care. I have been working with moms since 2015, and in the last few years I extended my work to online coaching so I can help mamas from all over the world ❤️

My mission is to help moms-to-be have an trauma-free birth so they can live their life comfortably and confidently after having kids, without being limited by pelvic health problems like bladder leakage, prolapse, pelvic pain, painful sex and so on.

I went through the maternity journey myself in 2022, and with all the preparation I did, I had the most beautiful birth experience with very minimal injuries. This allowed me to return to my activities quite quickly after birth like mountain biking, cross country skiing and hiking, and most importantly without any pelvic health symptoms in the way.

Giving birth does not need to equal letting go of your quality of life nor the things you loved doing before becoming a mom. I'm here to tell you IT IS POSSIBLE.

And if you are an expecting mama who already have little ones under your care, I am here to tell you it is possible to go through this journey again and feel confident and strong taking care of your growing family after birth, without dealing with pelvic floor issues.

I hope this webinar will make you feel empowered and hopeful. Because becoming a mother is such a gift and I want you to make the most of it. Feeling strong and confident in your body, running around and jumping on the trampoline with your kids without peeing your pants, picking up your babies and carrying them around without any discomfort, having pain free sex with your partner, or doing whatever it is that you love doing with the confidence that your pelvic floor will support you no matter what ❤️

Spoiler alert: my story is not the only one to inspire you! There are so many other mamas who have walked this path before you and had amazing births and recoveries following these simple tips that we are going to share with you in this webinar! You will get to meet these moms in the class for a boost of inspiration & motivation.

Can't wait to meet you in the class!
xx
